Outreachy May 2025 Demo Day

The OCaml community participated in the May 2025 round of Outreachy internships. Two interns worked on a range of projects including [Claudius](https://github.com/claudiusFX/claudius) and [Dune](https://github.com/ocaml/dune). This meeting was an opportunity for the interns to present their work and for the community to ask questions and was [originally announced on the discuss forum](https://discuss.ocaml.org/t/outreachy-demo-day-august-2025).
