M.A.N

M.A.N is my memory of a broken down truck. The wreckage stood for years on an abandoned industrial site. Most of the original material was recorded in analog. All glitch effects are created with the open source software ‘analog Not analog’. The granular sound is generated in SuperCollider. At the end of the animation this granular sound is replaced by bird chirping. A CC0 recording from hargis sound called “Spring Birds 2019” is faded in. The compositing of the animation is done in Kdenlive. This is my contribution to the Glitch Art International Online Exhibition. https://www.glitch.art.br/
