~Star Citizen 3.11~ goodbye tour in Levski

In an upcoming patch of Star Citizen, the moon Delamar with it's city Levski will be removed from the Stanton star system (since Delamar is part of the Nyx star system in the lore). With the additional side effect of freeing server resources. So this is a walkaround in Levski for memories until it's return at a later date.
