How to restore pull requests erased by a Shai Hulud 2.0 attack

The Shai-Hulud 2.0 attack from November 2025 massively deleted branches and closed pull requests in many GitHub repositories around the world. This video explains to maintainers how they can restore commits that were erased and create new pull requests that retrieve the original contributions.
