In a time marked by geopolitical tensions, war on the European continent, and growing uncertainty about global alliances, Europe's digital sovereignty has become more crucial than ever. This session will explore how public institutions across the continent can build and scale homegrown digital products—developed by and for Europeans—that respond to today’s complex challenges. The session also marked the launch of GovTech4All 2.0, a €8 million, 22-partner consortium co-funded by the Digital Europe Programme to scale citizen-centric, interoperable digital solutions across Europe.
