President Trump Addresses Senior Military Leaders

President Trump told hundreds of generals and admirals summoned to Washington from their stations around the world that "together, we are reawakening the warrior spirit." The president spoke about renaming the Defense Department the "Department of War," the conflicts between Russia and Ukraine as well as a potential peace deal between Israel and Hamas. He told the top military brass that his administration was committing $1 trillion in 2026 for military operations.
