First time trying Eternal Kingdom Battle Peak

Eternal Kingdom Battle Peak is a free (at least for now) game on Steam. I haven't played a JRPG in Satan knows how much time, so I decided to check it out. I used Proton Experimental. The slowness might be due to a suboptimal performance from/due to Proton; it might be because I don't have a dedicated GPU. Whatever the reason may be, decreasing the graphics quality didn't help Steam page → https://store.steampowered.com/app/1175210/Eternal_Kingdom_Battle_Peak/ My laptop specs: - CPU: 11th Gen Intel Core i7-1165G7 (manually capped at 3500MHz and the performance governor) - RAM: 12 GiB (8 GiB + 4 GiB) - Disk: 512Gib NVMe (with no scheduler, theoretically improving I/O performance)
