Blender Developers Live: Cycles-X - going BIG tile
Sergey will be working on tiled rendering support in Cycles X. The purpose of tile in this project is shifted from old-school work-balancing to memory saving for high-res rendering. This implies that the tile should be much larger that typical size in regular Cycles. Hence the name Big Tile!
