In this work, we present a novel, fast and green synthesis copper nanoparticles (CuNPs) using Moringa oleifera leaves. This biosynthetic process is fast and environmentally friendly, giving place to spherical nanoparticles of 20 Β± 2.2 nm of average size. The CuNPs were fully characterized using different instrumental techniques such as UV/Vis, FTIR spectroscopy, and electron microscopy (TEM, FESEM, and EDS). Green synthesized CuNPs were drop-casted onto the surface of screen-printed carbon electrodes (SPCE) to build CuNPs/SPCE modified nanosensor, once its modification was properly optimized, was employed for simultaneous determination of antibiotics: Daptomycin, and Meropenem, obtaining excellent figures of merits concerning: sensitivity, low limit of detection and selectivity. This nanosensor has been employed successfully for antibiotics determination in tap, and mineral water with satisfactory matrix effect values.
