FOSS Engine Royale -- SFML Lap

I'm pitting 8 FOSS game engines/frameworks/libraries against each other--by making breakout in each of them with a 6-day time limit. This week is SFML, a C++ multimedia framework. The demo's a little weaker than usual, I'm not terribly fond of the APIs I had here and I had some scheduling weirdness that contributed as well.
