HEP BORT Test Loop

My first draft of [HEP BORT 2023](https://tube.tchncs.de/w/4xkmkwWFqE36uS9WujDo4y). I redesigned and greatly polished the animation after some feedback from a local jape-smith, it definitely got a lot better but I still have a soft spot for this one!
