Fachtag Solidarische Landwirtschaft (Community Supported Agriculture Symposium) Berlin, 18.01.2023 The “menu of the future” should be produced regionally, ecologically, seasonally and be as as vegetable-based as possible. But how can we enable access to healthy food for all and at the same time ensure a good living for the producers? Against the backdrop of the international crises, network members, consumers, researchers as well as people from NGOs, administration and politics met in January 2023 to discuss the current requirements in over 500 CSAs in Germany.
