Black Fungus Salad (METAL version)

Ingredients: 1 handful dried Mu-Err mushrooms Coriander to taste 3~4 pieces garlic 30g ginger 1 chilli pepper 1 - 2 spring onions 50ml black vinegar 50ml soy sauce 20g sugar 30ml sesame oil white sesame seeds to taste Preparation of mushrooms: 1. wash the black mushrooms and then soak them in about 500cc of water for 2 hours. 2. drain the mushrooms and boil them with new water in a pot for about 5 minutes. 3. put the mushrooms in a bowl with a ladle and chill. Preparation of dressing: 1. shred the ginger and garlic, chop the spring onions, coriander and chilli. 2. put everything in a bowl and mix well.
