Installing the Boxstarter automation framework

I'm going to be doing quite a few videos on this piece of software; it is basically a set of PowerShell cmdlets that allows for scripts to be created to automate the configuration and standing up of a new machine. You can do anything from the automating of remote desktop enablement, PSRemoting enabling, installation of software (through the Chocolatey package manager), and so on.
