attempting to boot the Dell PowerEdge T110 from a USB flash drive

In this video, I attempt to boot the server from a flash drive, but it consistently will only boot to the hard drive; any feedback would be fantastic; I'd like to reinstall Windows from the flash drive off of which I was attempting to boot. Anyone who uses lots of Dell PowerEdge units, please leave your thoughts, comments, and suggestions.
