Sway Issue #7052: No touchscreen input in some applications when no USB input device is connected

https://github.com/swaywm/sway/issues/7052 dont pay attention to me missing the tabs they were tiny and i was looking through a camera but from a weird angle as to hide my reflection and then i tried to look around the camera instead which was even worse and that caused the camera to Sway to the side as i couldnt see what i was filming which lead to my disgusting dusty filthy keyboard being shown dont pay attention to that either
