Ubuntu 16.04 (Xenial Xerus) revisited in 2020. Still a good choice?

Totay we wanna take a look on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. Is it still recommented to use 16.04 or should you swith to a newer LTS release like Ubuntu 18.04 LTS or the upcoming Ubuntu 20.04 LTS? Anyhow Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS is receiving standard support updates till April 2021.
