UPDATES: Pine64 Gateway Setup (Armbian + Rakwireless + LoRa) + Gitea Tor Hidden Service Script Ready
Walk through of setting up Pine64 Gateway on Armbian (LoRa) 1 month after my Pine64 LoRa introduction video. We like the prospect of LoRa as potential off grid communications (no 3rd party/cellular/ISP needed). While we acknowledge the limitations therein. After going over the setup utilizing the fork I uploaded of rak_common_for_gateway (+ thanks goes out to JF for sharing Pine64 specific device info early on- see his article link at bottom of this description), we then talk about how to switch between self hosted Chirpstack and TTN (The Things Network). Chirpstack provides a great interface for running your own LoRa network.
