How to setup ESPEasy on a ESP8266 to P2P and MQTT network

I'm building a smart BMS with ESP8266 chips and ESPEasy. Since comprehensive tutorials for ESPEasy and networking are rare, I struggled with the setup. But I learned and found a solution. I made this video to make things easier for someone else trying to do something similar. Collection of the BMS-data is done via InfluxDB and graphing of the LiFePO4 health data is done with Grafana.
