First flight with new 4S battery with a very fast landing at the end (crash)

Went to the park today to fly my quad and empty a few batteries. This is part of my first flight with a new 4S battery, to this day I only used 3S packs. My 3S batteries all behave the same way: I've got full power for a while and then they lose power and my quad slowly becomes sluggish. Not with this new 4S. 100% power til the end, then a very abrupt descent. The quad fell into a tree and experienced an ungentle landing. The cam fell of, but nothing broke.
