[no vnc + no chroot] Debian GNU/Linux running native on LG P698

Linux deploy and installing distros through chroot from Android is for the old days, can your phone do this? This is Debian GNU/Linux 8 running on a 7 years old LG P698 phone. There's no Linux Deploy or chroot involved, nor VNC viewer. This boots from fastboot.
