Get your AMD graphicscard quiet on Linux!

In written form with references: https://blog.milan-ihl.de/posts/12018/12/25/quiet-amd-card-on-linux/ After switching to an AMD card, i was sad about the bad fancontrol - it was just too loud... but after doing some further research, i actually found a project called amdgpu-fancontrol, that runs as a daemon and controls the fanspeed-level based on the gpu temperature.
