In a *stunning turn that absolutely no one saw coming*, Google makes yet another move to cut off what little freedom Android users have these days. First with undercutting custom ROM developers access to Pixel device information back in July, and now by requiring all developers, even ones that don't want anything to do with Google, to get their apps blessed by Google themselves, leaving little room for F-Droid and other alternative stores on the platform.
