Village Removes Mountain of Debris Behind Dike

The village of Fischbeck in Saxony-Anhalt became a household name across Germany after flooding last month. A major dike on the Elbe River broke nearby, flooding Fischbeck and dozens of other communities. Many peoples' belongings were destroyed entirely.
