snails 05-2026

This was on one of the UK's very hot days. I turned over the wood burner and there were a few snails under it. I had the camera ready to film the birds but decided to shoot the great snail escape. I popped a stick in the pan and all the snails safely escaped and I watered the grass when they got back to ground level.
