OpenBSD Live Port Hacking: Godot 3 SDL3 gamecontroller backporting

Watch me try to backport the newer Godot SDL3 gamecontroller driver to the OpenBSD port of Godot 3. This will use Godot 3 game Brotato to test the controller layout.
