Originally published in Chinese back in 2013, "Waste Tide" tells the story of a series of fast-moving events that befall the locals and visitors to 'Silicon Island' a future global E-waste sorting terminal off the coast of southern China. Gangsters and Multi-national corporations try and gain control while down-trodden workers just try and survive. A Dark warning about the future or turgid fluff?
