ICE executes a bystander in Minnesota

WARNING: GRAPHIC CONTENT! ICE pushes bystander around, who hit back at them. After wrestling the bystander to the ground, one of the agents proceeds to use his pistol as a blunt instrument, hitting the victim repreatedly with it. The bystander is seen on their knees and tied down when a shot is heard. Another agent then proceeds to empty their gun into the victim who is killed instantly.
