Huh, short game. Fun though, gonna have to get through some NG+ stuff off stream though. Anywho, we beat the game, I'm still unsure of what the process is, but it seems like it was used to alter the city right down to the weather, and what happened in this game was merely it going out of control. Thankfully we got the exact tool in this game that can stop it. I won't spoil the ending, you have to watch this or play.
