Home Made Corn Tortillas

Learn from my mistakes! I'm lousy at video (and go on to prove it if you watch). I hate bad audio on videos, so I shot the video, then recorded a narration. 1 for about a cup of Masa Harina, you want maybe 3/4 of a cup of tepid water. You can adjust if you put too much water by adding flour. That cast iron press cost a lot, because at a small airport where they don't usually check baggage weight, they did and there was about $100 overweight charge! Still, I wanted an iron press, not an aluminum one. If you have no press, you can use a rolling pin or two cutting boards, placing the dough in plastic between them and then finding a way to either stand on them, or press hard enough to flatten to the right thickness. Still, there's *nothing like* home cooked corn tortillas. Cut them up and put them in the oven for great tortilla chips, and the flour is gluten-free.
