Rain World: The Watcher #3 - Uhm... what?

Rain World recently got a new DLC. As a long-time community member and modder, I was honorbound to play this DLC, and why not, also record my blind playthrough as well. This episode features me finally making some progress and reaching the... particularly psychotic Echo at Chimney Canopy, who makes some weird changes to the world.
