Orpheus Parade Float with Balloons

An elaborately decorated and brightly-colored float (mostly yellow and red) with balloon and musical instruments decorations travels from right to left. It has many blinking lights and costumed people are placed at different locations low and high tossing items into a crowd. The crowd of people on both sides of the street are yelling out to be thrown the items.
