nc: prism maker v2 [spoilers: optomechanics]

removing the part where an input item has to fall down really cuts down on the time needed. this time, the timer that loops and the timers that sequence things are separate; the latter is spread out throughout the circuit. the wooden panels were meant to convey items out of the machine, which i might play around with in the future.
