nodecore: symmetric set-reset latch [SPOILERS: optics]

a very simple set-reset latch; it's just two NOT gates feeding into each other. the two 4-prism loops at the edges are constant sources of light, like how redstone torches in minecraft are constant sources of redstone power. and the 4 prisms in the center are the 2 NOT gates.
