December 2nd Garbage Cleanup

The trash pickup under this bridge is a never ending task because the local government won't assist in raising the railing or monitoring the bridge with cameras or cops. I don't mind picking up but it bothers me that the city government isn't doing more. Well I guess I have to put my own cameras out and publicly shame these assholes.
