Mario Party 2 - Destruction Duet in 13 seconds (TAS)

Archived Kimimaru4000 video from YouTube. Original description mostly intact: It has been a long time since I last posted a video, so I decided to do a short TAS. This video is a TAS (Tool-assisted speedrun) of Mario Party 2 in which I control both Yoshi and Donkey Kong in Mario Party 2 to destroy the statue as quickly as possible in the minigame Destruction Duet. There are 3 variations, called Types, of the minigame; this is Type 3, the most difficult one. Low jump kicks are the most effective way to break the statue because of their power and speed. In the video, Yoshi and DK are performing frame-perfect jump kicks. The earliest you can perform the kick is 1 frame after the A button was pressed. Before each jump, barring the first one, I run for 1 frame to gain enough speed to reach the statue. Enjoy! Check out my profile for more cool videos!
