Drivers Behaving Badly: American Driver, Near Yokota, Doesn't Check For Pedestrians or Cyclists

The driver of a small red SUV turned illegally into a Taxi Parking Lot and nearly crushed me. Then he wanted to fight me. Funny how drivers don't have time to wait their turn but then have time to fight if they don't get their way.
