Planting ONE Potato in a Bucket: Native Soils +Mulch

I'm way behind on any veg planting this year, but this one potato was sitting out in the open in a storage room, so I took pity on it and plopped it in a bucket with some native soil from the farm and acreage, with leaf and grass mulch.
