Painting on Silk - Moon Tree - Time Lapse Demo

Here's a new silk painting, a navy tree with a mandala moon. This'll be a wall piece, or maybe a tarot cloth, I haven't decided yet... About silk painting: I use a water-based resist (also called gutta) in a squeeze bottle to draw the outlines as the first step, and then mix colors of silk dye and use Asian calligraphy brushes to paint in the colors. Painted on 100% crepe de chine silk. Next it will be steamed to set the colors, now that it's all done.
