Minako wakes up to terrible music playing from her free company's orchestrion player and can't get the song to change! This is the first short film-styled video I made with footage recorded from a video game. Everything was recorded in Final Fantasy XIV as the result of curiosity, experimentation, and a little boredom while I was waiting in an unusually long dungeon queue. I used the game's robust emote system to animate my character. Editing was done in Adobe Premiere Pro. The creation of this short video took approximately 1 hour between 30 minutes of recording, and 30 minutes of editing. The music heard in the video are the tracks "Where The Heart Is", "Eorzea de Chocobo", and "Exponential Entropy" from the Final Fantasy XIV soundtracks. The premise of the video came about from how I dislike the chocobo music in the game, and decided to pass that trait along to my character.
