delay (GIF->ogv)

I don't much like delays, especially the ones I've created myself. This "video" is too short for streaming. It works for me using Chromium, but gives an error with Firefox: "video cannot play because the file is corrupt." However, it works after it has been downloaded. It is a converted GIF intended to repeat. Peertube appears to not offer looping as a setting option at this time. Made using Inkscape. Animated with Imagemagick. Converted with avconv. Love Free Software tools!
