How to book an interrail place reservation for Lithuania's LTG. Remember that although the trainset goes all the way from/to Valga, the part Riga–Valga is formally a Latvian train and follows Latvian rules instead of Lithuanian rules. By Latvian rules you do need an interrail reservation, but it is for free and the only way to get it is aboard the train, where the conductor will print it to you for free. Heh. But, for the part Riga–Šiauliai–Kaišiadorys–Vilnius the train is a Lithuanian train, and requires pre-booked reservations, available only online.
