Learning by doing! This is the concept behind Learning Factories, a powerful training method used in the SkillAIbility project. But what are Learning Factories, and why is such a good training method? According to Alexios Papacharalampopoulos from the Laboratory for Manufacturing Systems and Automation at the University of Patras, it’s their hands-on, experiential nature, where real equipment, testbeds, and defined workflows allow learners to gain both technical and soft skills.
