Hacktoberfest challenge: Add monitoring.yaml to all packages in Solus repo - 10/12/2025, 1:28:13 PM

I will be adding monitoring.yaml to all packages in Solus repo or die trying. Also doing daily packaging for Solus and AerynOS.
