Hacktoberfest challenge: Add monitoring.yaml to all packages in Solus repo - 10/11/2025, 11:48:17 PM

I will be adding monitoring.yaml to all packages in Solus repo or die trying. Also doing daily packaging for Solus and AerynOS.
