Hacktoberfest challenge: Add monitoring.yaml to all packages in Solus repo - 10/9/2025, 2:44:05 AM

I will be adding monitoring.yaml to all packages in Solus repo or die trying. Also doing daily packaging for Solus and AerynOS.
