Crater Lake - Winter 2024

Crater Lake (Oregon) sits in a caldera from a large eruption that happened a few thousand years ago. It's sacred to the local Native American's from the region who's ancestors were well established in the region. It's the deepest lake in the US and one of the ten deepest in the US. I make an effort to stop if I'm driving past and this was the first time I'd seen it in winter.
