Where did this sample come from? This sample came from my snail tank! I tend to grab pipettes of water & debris from multiple places in the tank, and mix those into a small jar. Then take drops from that to look at under the microscope. How did I get it to look like that? This is good ol' regular ol' brightfield. In KDEnLive increase contrast and saturation.
