Tardigrade!

Where did this sample come from? I went hiking on my birthday and gave each person that came with me a jar to grab a sample with. This little guy came from my brothers jar. How did I get it to look like that? Balancing Rheinburg Illumination and Oblique/Darkfield illumination. Most of the light from the bottom is blocked, then a small sliver of blue plastic tints the background, and a larger bit of yellow and red plastics tones the light coming from the side.
