If genocidal butchers and complicit petty politicians arming them ignore the streets' screams, they'll notice popular discontent when profits drop from strikes and boycotts. The new #GlobalSumudFlotilla mission is riskier than previous ones… Yet, after new wars of aggression and the “armed truce” sold as peace, it’s crucial to demand an end to Gaza's decades-long illegal siege, occupation and genocide. The oppressed in historic #Palestine can free themselves if we stop arming a rogue state violating international law. And the flotilla, with personnel ready to rebuild Gaza, offers a vital contribution, both symbolic and concrete… But crews need grassroots support and protection from the ground.
